Hello! Welcome to my site, Rachel Gaivoto Illustration.

My work is comprised of a style that references people and and animals as they interact with nature-inspired environments. Much of my inspiration comes from the New England change of seasons, day to day life with my two sons, my chickens and cats, and my adventures in the classroom as a high school art teacher.

Although the focus of my work is geared toward the children’s book market, my work engages viewers of all ages, capturing the subtle reality of everyday experiences engaging the viewer to look deeper into these simple moments.
